Processing Time

We ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


Delivery Timeframes

7-13 business days from order date

Expedited Shipping Options:
Available at checkout for faster delivery

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Factors like weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods may affect delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping:
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

International Shipping:
We ship to select international locations. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. International delivery times vary by location.


P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

We gladly ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

Please note that delivery times to military addresses may vary.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
  4. Contact us at breathofchristoffical@gmail.com and we'll work with you to resolve the issue

While we cannot be held responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we will do everything we can to assist you.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
  2. Contact us immediately at breathofchristoffical@gmail.com
  3. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund

Address Changes

Before Shipping:
Contact us immediately at breathofchristoffical@gmail.com if you need to change your shipping address.

After Shipping:
Once your order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. You will need to contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If the package is returned to us, we can reship it for an additional shipping fee.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
